Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages, whenever
a Vehicle tendered to Carrier for transportation is delivered, or
becomes, non-operational due to mechanical, electrical, battery or
engine failure or malfunction, flat tire or any other cause whatsoever
so that Vehicle can no longer be moved from one location to another
under its own power as designed, and as a result Carrier must provide
an additional towing, pulling, lifting or pushing service during
transportation, Carrier will assess the applicable NON-OPERATING
VEHICLE SURCHARGE named herein, which charge shall be in addition to
all other applicable charges.
           
NON-0PERATING VEHICLE SURCHARGE:
  Autos & Light Duty Trucks not exceeding 20cbms

  Autos & Light Duty Trucks exceeding 20cbms
