Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments moving
on the rates named in this Tariff TO/THRU United States Ports are
SBJ to the DESTINATION TERMINAL HANDLING (THC) provided below,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
1. ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLDING CHARGES:
   
 a. When Cargo Originates at or Thru the Ports named below the Origin
     THC applying on FCL shipments will be:
   
         TO/THRU
     EUROPEAN PORTS:     CURRRENCY    PC20     PC40    PC40B

2. DESTINATION TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES:
   
 a. When Cargo is destined TO or THRU United States East (USEC) or Gulf
     (USGC) Coast Destination Ports the Destination THC applying on FCL
     shipments will be:
