Except as otherwise provided in individual governed NSAs, the Minimum Charge for a single shipment moving on a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named in this Tariff or in an individual NSA will be the applicable charge for a single freight ton of cargo.
