   www.ratewave.com.  Shippers, competing Carriers and
   other parties interested in accessing this Tariff may do
   so by going to Carrier's Tariff Page on www.ratewave.com.
     
   In the event the internet Tariff is inaccessible
   due to an equipment breakdown, telecommunications
   emergency or for any other reason whatsoever, an
   official electronic copy of this Tariff may be
   viewed at the offices of RateWave Tariff Services, Inc.
   located at the address listed below.  No charge will be
   assessed by such Tariff Publisher for all time utilized in
