shipments moving on the Rates named in a governed NSA BETWEEN Ports and
Points in the United States named below, on one hand, AND, on the other
Ports and Points in the Countries named below are SBJ to the CARRIER
SECURITY Or INTERNATIONAL SHIP & PORT SECURITY SURCHARGE (ISPS) named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
