Except as otherwise provided in individual NSAs, all shipments moving
on the rates named in a governed NSA, transported via the ports of Long
Beach or Los Angeles, CA when transported by rail through, to or from
points, in the Southern California counties of: Kern, San Bernadino,
San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside,
San Diego or Imperial, are SBJ to the ALAMEDA CORRIDOR SURCHARGE named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
          
a. FCL Shipments transported via the Ports of Long Beach & Los
     Angeles, CA are SBJ to an Alameda Corridor Surcharge
     of:
           USD 25.00  PC20
           USD 50.00  PC40
           USD 50.00  PC40B
           USD 51.00  PC45
