Except as otherwise provided in individual NSAs SBJ to this Tariff, or
exceptions named in paragraph c. herein, all Shipments FROM Ports &
Points in the Far East TO Ports & Points in the United States, moving on
rates named in a governed NSA, which traverse the Panama Canal are
SBJ to the PANAMA CANAL TRANSIT FEE (PCS or PCC) named below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
    
a. on LCL or AQ Shipments: 
    
       USD 8.00 W/M, as freighted
   
       
b. on FCL Shipments:
     
       USD 337.00 PC
   
  
c. EXCEPTIONS:
    Shipments moving on the NSAs named below either include (are NSbj
     to) the PCS named herein, or are SBJ to the Exception amount shown
     below, unless and until an amendment thereto removes this Exception:
  
   NSA DEMO004 - This NSA EXPIRES with 1 December 2019
    All Shipments NSbj to PCS named herein.
