   charge in conformity with 46 CFR 520 and 46 CFR 532, as amended, at
   www.ratewave.com.
     
b. In the event the internet Tariff is inaccessible due to an equipment
   breakdown, telecommunications emergency or for any other reason
   whatsoever, an official electronic copy of the Carrier's Tariff may be
   viewed at the offices of RateWave Tariff Services, Inc. located at the
   address listed below.  Individuals wishing to review the Tariff MUST
   schedule an appointment with the Tariff Publisher on not less than 2
   hours notice.  Appointments may be made for any time between the hours
   of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on any Monday thru Friday other than on official
