Except as otherwise provided in an individual NRA or on an individual
Web Rate Page in a Rate Tariff governed by this Tariff, the Minimum
Charge for a single shipment moving on a single Bill of Lading
EXCLUSIVE of all additional Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or
Surcharges named in this Tariff will be the applicable charge for a
single freight ton of cargo, or in case of an FCL Rate, the charge
for a single container.
