Points FROM & THRU the Ports and Points in the Far East named below are
SBJ to the GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) as provided below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.

    in CA, OR and WA when moving THRU U.S. West Coast Ports:
