Ports and Points in the Far East (Bangladesh, Brunei,
Cambodia, China, East Timor, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia,
Japan, Korea, Macao, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines,
Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand & Vietnam) named
below to Ports and Points in the United States, are SBJ
to the Peak Season Surcharge named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
