A. CFS RECEIVING CHARGES Containerized cargo received from shippers on other than a CY basis is subject to the following CFS receiving charges. The minimum CFS charge shall be based on one revenue ton per Bill of Lading. Commodities which carry rate basis other than 1 cubic meter or 1,000 kilos(i.e., per unit, ad valorem etc.) will be assessed the CFS Receiving Carge on a revenue ton of 1,000 kilos or 1 cubic meter whichever produces the greater revenue. ORIGIN CFS CHARGE KOREA PORTS: WON 8700 R/T HONG KONG: HK$131 per revenue ton, subject to a miimum charge of HK$131. TAIWAN : NT$275 per revenue ton, subject to a minimum charge of NT$275. PHILIPPINES: US$8.50 per revenue to (for all ports including outports) subject to a minimum of $8.50 . THAILAND: Baht 120 per 1000 kilos, subject to a minimum of 120 Baht Baht 2500 per 20 foot contianer Baht 5000 per 40' x 8'6" container Baht 5315 per 40' x 9' container Baht 5625 per 40' x 9'6" container Baht 6330 per 45 foot container SINGAPORE: S$15.50 per revenue ton, subject to a minimum of S$15.50 . MALAYSIA: M$20.40 per revenue ton, subject to a minimum of M$20.40 . INDONESIA: US$7.00 per revenue ton, for all ports (incl. outports) for all cargo including Convenience vanned, subject to a minimum of US$7.00 . NOTE 1 : Commodities which carry rate basis other than 1 cubic metre or 1,000 kilos (i.e., per unit, ad valorem etc. ) will be assessed the CFS Receiving Charge on a revenue ton of 1,000 kilos or 1 cubic metre whichever produces the greater revenue. Note 2 : THE CFS Receiving Chrage must be prepaid except for return cargo moving under Rule No. 18 and payment made prior to issuance of the Bills of Lading. EXCEPTION: For cargo origination from the Philippines, payment of the CFS Receiving Charges can either be made at origin or prior to issuance of Bills of Lading or at destination prior to releases of cargo.
