                 HERETO BY RULE NO.)
    
A shipment moving on a rate named on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI)
making specific reference to this Rule, may be stopped while in
transit at the port/point specified in the TLI making referece hereto
for the purpose of partial loading or completion of loading, SBJ to
the following provisions:
    
a. The entire combined shipment MUST move on a single B/L,
   from 1 (one) Shipper, to 1 (one) Consignee.
   
b. The B/L and Shipping Orders MUST show the port(s) or
   point(s) at which the shipment is to be stopped in
   transit for partial loading or completion of loading,
   together with a complete description of the kind and
   quantity of cargo to be loaded at each port or point, as
   well as the name and address of the party from whom
   each portion of the shipment is to be picked up.
    
c. The substition of other property for that originally
   loaded or the exchange of the contents of the load in
   any manner is strictly prohibited.
     
d. All freight charges on shipments moving under the
   provisions of this Rule, MUST be paid in full at one
   time by either the Shipper, the Consignor or other party
   designated in the B/L.
    
e. On shipments stopped off in-transit for partial loading
   or completion of loading, freight and charges shall be
   calculated on the basis of the actual weight or cube of
   the entire combined shipment.
