In the absence of specific per container (PC) rates for
20', 40' x 9'6" (40B), or 45' containers, the following
shall be applied to the 40' x 8'6" rate.
A. For Import Cargo:
1) 20' Rate - Multiply 75% of 40' Rate
2) 40'HQ Rate - Multiply 112.50% of 40' Rate
3) 45' Rate - Multiply 126.60% of 40' Rate
B. For Export Cargo:
1) 40'HQ Rate - Add additional US$100 on top of 40' Rate
