Except as otherwise provided in an individual NRA, or on an individual web
page rate page in any Tariff governed by this Tariff, when due to no fault,
negligence or error on the part of the Carrier, Carrier's loaded Tank
Container (with or without a semi-Truck attached) must be held overnight at
Carrier's nominated Depot in the United States before transportation
service can begin or be completed, Carrier will assess the Loaded Tank
Container Storage Charge (STOR) shown below, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.
  
a. Tank Container STOR CHARGES applicable when Shipper, Consignee or their
   Agent requests Tank Container be held at Carrier's nominated depot
   WITHOUT a semi-Truck:
