When a Shipper, Consignee (or their Agent) located in the United States
requests Carrier to weigh or re-weigh Cargo and/or Container, Carrier
will make arrangements to have Cargo/Container weighed on certified
scales, and will assess the Scale Charge listed below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.  As specified in
Rule 2.2.a.ii, the weight ascertained by the Carrier when
Cargo/Container is weighed as requested shall be deemed paramount and
shall be used to compute freight and any additional charges regardless
of any other weight, certified or otherwise, declared or provided by
any other party.
