When Carrier is required to obtain a Chassis in order to transport a
Container from or to Shipper's or Consignee's premises at a point in
the United States or Canada, a Container Yard, a Rail Ramp or Pier/Wharf
facilities, Carrier will make arrangements to obtain an appropriate
Chassis and will assess the Chassis Rental Charge named below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
