When Shipper or Consignee specifically requires or requests Tank
Container Heating Services to be provided at Origin, Destinatio or
while in transit in the United States, Carrier will provide such Tank
Container Heating Service SBJ to the provisions named in Rule 2.50
(Provisions Governing Temperature Controlled Cargo Shipments) and
the charges named herein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges. Carrier will notate Shipping Documents to
reflect party requesting this service.
a. Carrier will provide Steam Heating or Hot Water Heating Service at
the charge named below. Hourly charge will be calculated per hour
or fraction thereof, from the time Carrier takes possession of the
Tank Container at origin until the time Tank Container is tendered
to underlying VOCC at POL, OR from the time Carrier takes possession
of the Tank Container from the underlying VOCC at POD until the
time Carrier delivers loaded Tank Container to Consignee. Charges
applying per Day charge will be calculated per each day or fraction
thereof, from the date Carrier takes possession of the Tank
Container at origin until the date Tank Container is tendered to
underlying VOCC at POL, OR from the date Carrier takes possession
of the Tank Container from the underlying VOCC at POD until the
date Carrier delivers loaded Tank Container to Consignee. Charges
named herein are in addition to the Hook Up Charge named in
paragraph c.

below. Per Day charge will be calculated per each day or fraction

d. When Carrier must transport/haul a Tank Container to a Depot,
Terminal or other location in order to accomplish Heating Service,
Carrier will assess the additional Trucking Charges named below
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges
plus a Depot Gate Charge of USD195.00 per Haul (USD220 at Charleston, or
Savanah; or USD200 at New York or New Jersey; or USD250 at Long Beach or
Los Angeles) and all other charges otherwise listed in this Rule.
