When Carrier is required to remove an empty or loaded container from
a Container Yard, Rail Ramp or Pier Facility a day earlier or a day later
than would be done under normal operations, so that such Container can be
picked up from or delivered to the Shipper's or Consignee's premises at any
point in the United States for any reason other than Carrier's convenience,
including but not limited to, Shipper's or Consignee's required or
scheduled pickup or delivery time, availability of the Container,
the Container Facility's hours of operation, or the nature of the
commodity, Carrier will assess the Prior/Next Day Pickup/Delivery Charge
shown below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
