When Shipper, Consignee or their Agent, requests or requires Carrier to
provide service within the United States or Canada on any Holiday as
defined below, OR requests or requires Carrier to provide Service on a
Weekend (Saturday or Sunday), Carrier will provide such service SBJ to the
HOLIDAY SERVICE SURCHARGE (HOL) or WEEKEND SERVICE SURCHARGE (WKED) named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
When a Holiday named below falls on a weekend, the HOLIDAY SERVICE SURCHAGE
will be assessed in lieu of the WEEKEND SERIVCE SURCHARGE.
  
a. HOLIDAY SERVICE:
  1. The HOLIDAY SERVICE SURCHARGE named below will be assessed
     whenever Carrier provides service on the date each of the following
     Holidays are celebrated, which may be different from year to year:
  
        New Years' Day
        Good Friday
        Memorial Day
        Independence Day (U.S.)
  
        Labor Day
        Thanksgiving Day
        Christmas Day
  
  2. When Carrier provides service on any Holiday named above, the
     following HOL SURCHARGE will be assessed, which charge shall be
     in addition to all other applicable charges:

      OR DELIVERED TO:

b. WEEKEND SERVICE:
   When Carrier provides service on any non-Holiday Saturday or Sunday
   the following WEEKED SURCHARGE will be assessed, which charge shall
   be in addition to all other applicable charges:
