When Carrier is required or requested to provide a Day Cab Truck, or
when net weight of cargo exceeds 46,000 pounds and a Day Cab Truck is
necessary, Carrier will arrange to provide such Day Cab Truck Service
for the transportation of Cargo overland SBJ to the DAY CAB TRUCK
SERVICE CHARGE (DCAB) noted below, which charge shall be in addition
to all other applicable charges.
