When shipments moving via an origin Door Service from Points in the
United States or a destination Door Service to Points in the United
States require Carrier's nominated Trucker to layover for the
night prior to, during or after picking up or delivering the Container,
Carrier will assess the Trucking Layover Charge shown below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.  Reasons
for a Trucker's layover include (but are not limited to): Trucker is
unable to transport the Container from a POD or to a POL due to the
distance the Trucker must travel and/or and driving time limitations
imposed by Government regulation; the Shipper is unable to complete
loading of the Container by the end of the Shipper's work day; the
Consignee is unable to complete unloading of the Container by the end
of the Consignee's work day; or the Trucker is required to wait
overnight for Shipping Documents to be completed and/or delivered.
