When due to the nature of the Cargo being transported, or due to
Highway Blockages or Construction, or when Shipper, Consignee or
their Agent specifies a specific route of movement, and as a result
Carrier is not able to transport a Container via the most direct
route of movement between a United States Origin and POL or the POD
and a United States Destination, Carrier will assess the Excess Route
Mileage Charge named below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other charges.  Excess Route Mileage Charge will apply ONLY when the
required actual route of movement is more than 10 miles longer than
the most direct route of movement.
