Except as otherwise provided on individual web rate pages (TLIs), when
Carrier is requested or required to arrange inland transportation of Dry or
Reefer Full Containerload Shipments that are to be transported via/thru the
Ports named below, Carrier will assess the INLAND OPERATION SURCHAGE (IOS)
named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.

a. Carrier will assess the IOS named below on FCL Containers when Carrier
arranges to provide inland transportation FROM the Points named below
TO/THRU the Ports or Miami, Port Everglades of Port of Palm Beach, FL.
The IOS Charge named below also applies on shipments of consolidated
cargo originating at or transported thru Delux Warehouses/Terminals.
The ISO charge named below will NOT apply on Shipments of Rum
transported in ISO Tanks AND will NOT apply on FCL shiments transloaded
from one container to another at Carrier's Florida terminals:
