shipments moving on the rates published in this Tariff Rate Section
(including Time-Volume Rates) BETWEEN Ports and Points in the United
States or Puerto Rico, on the one hand, AND on the other, the Ports and
Points named below will be SBJ to the GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI)
provided below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
