Except as otherwise provided on individual web page rate items (TLIs),
when due to no fault, negligence or error on the part of the Carrier,
cargo is requested or required to be held (stored) in Carrier's
Terminal prior to or subsequent to transportation service, Carrier
will assess the Storage Charge shown below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.  Except as otherwise provided
NO STORAGE CHARGE will be assessed for the first 30 calendar days cargo
is held at Carrier' Terminal.
   
a. PER DIEM STORAGE CHARGES:
  
  1. LCL SHIPMENTS NOT EXCEEDING 15 CFT:
     LCL shipments Not exceeding 15 cft, FROM, TO or THRU Ports and Points
     in the United States or Puerto Rico which move THRU Deluxe's Miami,
     FL CFS, will be SBJ to the applicable LCL Per Diem STOR Charge below
     when cargo remains at Carrier's nominated Miami CFS, warehouse or
     terminal beyond the Free Time specified:

  2. LCL SHIPMENTS EXCEEDING 15 CFT:
     LCL shipments exceeding 15 cft, FROM, TO or THRU Ports and Points in
     the United States or Puerto Rico which move THRU Deluxe's Miami, FL
     CFS, will be SBJ to the applicable LCL Per Diem STOR Charge below when
     cargo remains at Carrier's nominated Miami CFS, warehouse or terminal
