Charge for a single shipment moving on a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE
of all additional Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named
in this Tariff will be as follows:
          
{R}  Carrier will assess NO MINIMUM CHARGE per Shipment, unless otherwise
      specified on an individual Web Rate Page in this Tariff.
