Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
Shipments for which Carrier provides CFS Service (See Rule 2.1), which
move on any rate named in this Tariff indicating "S" Service at Origin will
be SBJ to PALLET PROVIDED and/or the LOADING/TERMINAL SERVICE CHARGES (LDG)
named below, which charge shall be in additional to all other applicable
charges.
  
a. All LCL Cargo tendered to Carrier at a nominated CFS MUST be palletized
   at time of receipt.  When Cargo is tendered to Carrier without being
   palletized and without a Shipper, Consignee or Supplier provided pallet,
   Carrier will provide a Class C or better Pallet at the charge named
   below.  Carrier supplied Pallets may or may not be Heat Treated as
   specified in the International Standard Photosanitary Measures No. 15
   (ISPM 15) Regulations and may be used for U.S. Export ONLY.
  
        Carrier Supplied Wood Pallet Charge:  USD 10.00 Per Pallet
  
b. Exception to Rule 2: When Carrier provides FCL Service AND loads cargo
   into or onto a Container or Flatrack at its nominated Warehouse or
   Terminal, Carrier will assess the LOADING FEE (LDG) provided below,
   which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
     
   On FCL Shipments Loaded into or onto a Container or Flatrack at
    Carrier's nominated Warehouse or Terminal the applicable LDG will
    be:

c. Shipments of less than 12cft, tendered to Carrier at its CFS Terminal,
    will be SBJ to the Tally Fee named below.  The Tally Fee will be
    assessed on each separate part of a Shipment, which eventally totals
    less than 12cft, which is received at separate times.  Each Shipment
    of less than 12cft will be SBJ to a Maximum Tally Charge of USD75.00
    per shipment.  Complete, single Shipments of less than 12cft which are
    received at Carrier's CFS Terminal entirely at one time will be SBJ
    ONLY to a single Tally Fee.  See Example below for how Tally Fee will
    be assessed:
