Carrier will provide Pickup or Delivery Services (See Rule 28 -
Definitions), using its own trucks, or trucks engaged by Carrier, on
shipments originating at or destined to the points named below, SBJ to
the charges indicated. Pickup or Delivery Service Charges named below
apply ONLY to Carrier services directly related to cartage transportation
of LCL and FCL shipments between Shipper's premises and Carrier's
facilities at POL or POD which move on rates named in this Tariff
applying from or to Carrier's terminals ("S" Service) or Container Yards
("Y"). These charges do NOT include applicable terminal handling,
loading, unloading and/or other ancillary service charges named in this
Tariff, unless specifically exempted in connection with the applicable
rate on a Web Rate Page named in this Tariff. Shipments moving on rates
stated to apply via Door Service ("D") directly from or to the points
named below are NSbj to the Pickup Service Charges named below, but will
be SBJ to any applicable Waiting Time Charges incurred named in
paragraph c.

* - Pickup or Delivery Charge includes only a single location pickup or
Deliery. If Shipper requires or requests that Carrier's Trucker
make more than a single stop to pickup or deliver additional
{A} cargo, Carrier will assess an additional charge of USD215.00 for
each additional stop afer the first one, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
NOTE 1: Carrier will assess the Pick Up or Delivery Charges named on
any Web Rate Page named in this Tariff, OR Carrier will advance the
Charges assessed by Carrier's Trucker (or Carrier's nominated Trucker)
at cost, on shipments moving from Shipper's or to Consignee's Premises
at points in the United States, which charge shall be in addition to
all other applicable charges named in this Tariff, INCLUDING any
Waiting Time Charges name in paragraph c. below.

c. PICK UP/DELIVERY WAITING TIME:
1. On LCL Shipments Picked Up at or delivered to any Point in Broward
or Miami/Dade County, Carrier will allow a maximum of 30 Minutes
Free Waiting Time for Pickup or Delivery Service to be completed at
each Point of Pickup or Delivery. If Pickup or Delivery Service
requires more than 30 minutes to complete, Carrier shall assess a
Waiting Time Fee of USD100.00 per each one-half hour, or fraction
thereof, for all Waiting Time incurred in excess of the Free Waiting
Time, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges. Waiting Time will be calculated from the Time Carrier's
designated driver arrives at Shipper's or Consignee's premises
until the time Carrier's Driver is provided all applicable shipping
documents and is released.
2. On FCL shipments moving on a Door Origin or Destination Service (See
Rule 2.1) which is Picked Up from or Delivered To any Point in
Broward or Dade Counties, FL, or from any Point in Homestead, Miami
or West Palm Beach, FL, Carrier will allow a maximum of 30 Minutes
Free Waiting Time for Pick Up or Delivery Service to be completed
at each Point of Pickup or Delivery. If Pickup or Delivery Service
requires more than 30 minutes to complete, Carrier shall assess a
Waiting Time Fee of USD100.00 per each one-half hour, or fraction
thereof, for all Waiting Time incurred in excess of the Free Waiting
Time, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges. Waiting Time will be calculated from the Time Carrier's
designated driver arrives at Shipper's or Consignee's premises until
the time Carrier's Driver is provided all applicable shipping
documents and is released.
3. On FCL shipments moving on a Door Origin Service (See Rule 2.1)
which is Picked Up from or Delivered To any Point in the United
States, other than points named in paragraph c.2., Carrier will
allow a maximum of 60 Minutes Free Waiting Time for Pick Up or
Delivery Service to be completed at each point of Pickup or
Delivery. If Pick up or Delivery Service requires more than 60
minutes to complete, Carrier shall assess a Waiting Time Fee of
USD200.00 per each hour, or fraction thereof, for all Waiting Time
incurred in excess of the Free Waiting Time, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges. Waiting Time will be
calculated from the Time Carrier's designated driver arrives at
Shipper's or Consignee's premises until the time Carrier's Driver
is provided all applicable shipping documents and is released.
