The application and Handling of Out-Of-Gauge (Over-Length, Over-Width
and/or Over-Height) cargo will be governed by the following provisions
and conditions:
a. CARGO TENDERED TO CARRIER IN/ON OCEAN CONTAINER/EQUIPMENT: Except as
otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) or in the
Exceptions named herein, Cargo SBJ to the rates, charges and
provisions named in this Tariff, when tendered to the Carrier already
loaded in/on ocean containers or transporting equipment will NOT be
SBJ to any Out-Of Gauge Charges. However Carrier reserves the right
to refuse to accept any shipment loaded in/on COL, SOL or underlying
VOCC container/equipment that is: 1) not wholly loaded within the
inside of a single closed container; 2) which overhangs any side of
a Drop Frame, Flatbed, Flat Rack, Platform or similar equipment;
3) which exceeds 8ft. 6in. in height when loaded in/on any COL, SOL
or underlying VOCC Open Top, Flatbed, Flat Rack, Platform or similar
equipment. Further, unless prior booking and special arrangements
have been made with and accepted by the Carrier, Carrier will NOT
provide COL or underlying VOCC Flat Rack, Open Top or similar
equipment to handle cargo that cannot be wholly loaded within the
bounds of a single container or the limits specified herein, or
accept such cargo loaded in/on SOL equipment. Any additional
charges, fines or penalties imposed as a result of the misapplication
or misstatement of actual cargo dimensions on the B/L and/or other
shipping documents will be for the account of the cargo.
b. CARGO TENDERED TO CARRIER IN A BREAK BULK, LOOSE OR UNCONTAINERIZED
FORM: Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages
(TLIs) or in any Exceptions named herein, Cargo SBJ to the rates,
charges and provisions named in this Tariff, when tendered to Carrier
in a break bulk, loose, or un-containerized form will NOT be SBJ to
any Out-Of-Gauge charges and will be accepted without special
arrangement PROVIDED each individual piece, package or unit in the
shipment can be loaded within the inside of a single closed container
and/or does not exceed 8ft. in lenth (or 12ft. [144inches] in
length on LCL cargo) and/or 7ft. in width and/or 8ft. in height (or
such other length, width or height limit provided on an individual
Web Rate Page). Shipments containing individual pieces, packages
or units which cannot be wholly loaded within the inside of a single
closed container and/or which exceeds the dimensions listed herein,
will be accepted by the Carrier for transportation ONLY after special
arrangement and prior booking, and will be SBJ to any applicable
Out-Of-Gauge Charges applying to such cargo specified in this Tariff,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
Shipper MUST provide a complete description, including all
dimensions and gross weight, of any article exceeding the limits
specified herein at the time cargo is booked with Carrier for
transportation service.
c. LCL CARGO OVER-LENGTH CHARGES: LCL cargo tendered to Carrier for
transportation which exceeds 12 ft. (144inches) in length will be
SBJ to the LCL Over-Length charge named below, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.

1. On LCL Cargo over 12ft. (144inches) in lenth the applicable
LCL Over-Length Charge will be:
