Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments moving
on the Rates named in this Tariff applying FROM/THRU a POL in the
United States Destined TO/THRU any Port in the European Union will be
SBJ to the IMPORT CONTROL SYSTEM ENTRY SUMMARY DECLARTION FEE (ENS)
named herein.  Additionally all cargo which will remain on Board a
transporting Vessel (FROB) which calls at any European Union Port
before it is discharged at POD will also be SBJ to the IMPORT CONTROL
SYSTEM ENTRY SUMMARY DECLARTION FEE (ENS) named herein.  Such charge
will be assessed to cover compliance with the European Commission's
Import Control System Regulations requiring the electronic filing of
Entry Summary Declarations on all cargo destined to, moving through,
or remaining on board vessel at, any Port in the European Union which
must be electronically lodged through the European Commission Import
Control Systems' ENS at least 24 hours before the commencement of
loading at the United States POL.  Finally, this charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
     
a. On LCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO/THRU/FROB
   at any European Union Port the applicable ENS will be as follows:

b. On FCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO/THRU/FROB
   at any European Union Port the applicable ENS will be as follows:

If for any reason, other than Carrier's error or omission, any
correction and/or amendment is made to the data that was already
transmitted thru the European Commission's Entry Summary Declaration
System, Carrier will assess the END CORRECTION/AMENDMENT FEE named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
c. When a Correction/Amendment must be made to any ENS transmission
   that has already occurred the applicable ENS CORRECTION/AMENDMENT
   FEE will be as follows:
