Except when otherwise specifically provided in individual
NRAs, in Web Rate Pages in Tariffs governed by this Tariff,
or assessorial charges of this Tariff or any Tariff governed
by this Tariff, the rates and charges named in this Tariff,
in NRAs or in individual Web Rate Pages in Tariffs governed
by this Tariff, do NOT include mechanical refrigeration,
heater, insulated or ventilated container service prior to,
 during, or after through transportation service.  Rates
specifically including such protective services will be
subject to the provisions of Rule 2.7 (Prior Booking) and
will apply ONLY when Carrier is able to obtain and provide
proper and sufficient equipment to transport shipment as required.
