RULE: 18 - RETURNED CARGO GOVERNING PROVISIONS Eff: 27JAN2017

Returned shipments will be SUBJECT to the current applicable inbound
Tariff rate, when, and ONLY when, such rate is lower than the otherwise
applicable outbound rate named in the NRA or in the rate named in the
Tariff governed by this Tariff on which the shipment originally was
transported, SUBJECT to the following provisions:
     
a. At the time of return outbound shipment, Shipper MUST
   furnish a copy of the original inbound B/L.
     
b. The return, outbound movement, MUST be made within 1
   (one) year of the original inbound movement, and the
   return shipment MUST be returned to the original inbound
   movement Port of Loading.
     
c. The provisions of this Rule do NOT apply on returned
   shipments of:  Antiques, Automobiles, Furs, Paintings,
   Used Personal Effects and Household Goods, Skins or
   Works of Art.
