Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving FROM/THRU the Ports named below TO or THRU the
PODs named in Rule 1.3 are SBJ to the PORT WHARFAGE/HANDLING CHARGE
(WFGU) specified below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
other applicable charges.
      
a. Shipments loaded at the POLs specified, will be SBJ to a WFGU of:
