Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff FROM/THRU any POL
named in Rule 1.3, TO/THRU any POD named in Rule 1.3. are SBJ to the
TERMINAL RECEIVING and/or CONTAINER LOADING/UNLOADING (STRIPPING)
CHARGES named below, whichcharge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
       
a. On Break Bulk Cargo RECEIVED at any Carrier nominated Warehouse or
    Terminal for aseembly into a Container for transportation will
    be SBJ to the Rules and Charges named below:
    
  1. Carrier does NOT hold itself out to load by commodity, mark,
     Sub-Consignees, or to perform any pre-sort or segregation of cargo.
   
  2. Except as otherwise provided, Assembly/Consolidation service will be
     provided ONLY when all component parts of the consolidated shipment
     are received at 1 (one) terminal within a single business week.
    
  3. When any part of a consolidated shipment is NOT received by the last
     business day of the week in which the first part of the shipment was
     received by the Carrier, the Carrier will either forward all parts of
     the consolidated shipment that have been received to destination as
     a complete shipment, SBJ to all applicable terms, conditions, rates
     and assessorial/additional charges.  OR upon instructions from the
     Shipper or Consignee will continue to hold the parts of a
     consolidated shipment that have already been received until the
     remainder of the shipment is tendered to the Carrier for
     transportation, SBJ to any additional applicable charges for storage
     and/or handling.
    
  4. Carrier may forward the part lots, units or shipments upon receipt
     of cargo by Carrier without penalty to the Shipper or Consignee.
     When Carrier forwards individual part shipments, lots or units
     separately, freight and assessorial/additional charges will still be
     calculated on the total weight/measurement, etc. of the entire
     consolidated shipment.
    
  5. Shipments accorded Assembly/Consolidation Service pursuant to this
     Rule will be SBJ to the additional handling charge specified below,
     which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
