RULE: 5.06 - OVERWIDTH / OVERHEIGHT CHARGES FOR M.O.D. CARGO ON FLATRACKS Eff: 22MAR2011

Breakbulk cargo which is transported for the account of
the Government of Israel, Ministry of Defense (M.O.D.) on
rates named in this Tariff when loaded on a Flatrack (No
single piece may exceed 55,000 lbs.) will be SUBJECT to the
Overwidth and/or Overheight Charges named in this Rule.  No
single piece loaded on a 20' Flatrack may exceed 18'8"
long; and no single piece loaded on a 40' Flatrack may
exceed 37'10" long.
   
No Overwidth or Overheight Charges will apply when cargo
transported on a Flatrack does not exceed 96 ins. wide AND
does not exceed 8 ft. high (measured from the floor of a
Flatrack to the cargo's highest point).  When cargo moving
for the account of the M.O.D. does exceed 96 ins. wide or
8 ft. high then the overwidth and/or overheight charges
named below will be assessed, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
   
1. When cargo on a Flatrack EXCEEDS 8 ft. high but does NOT
   exceed 96 ins. wide, an overheight charge of 45% (forty
   five percent) of the applicable Basic Ocean Freight Rate
   will be assessed.
    
2. When cargo on a Flatrack EXCEEDS 96 ins. wide but does
   NOT exceed 8 ft. high, 2 (two) overwidth charges of 45%
   (forty-five percent) of the applicable Basic Ocean
   Freight Rate will be assessed.
    
3. When cargo on a Flatrack EXCEEDS both 96 ins. wide and
   EXCEEDS 8 ft. high, 2 (two) overwidth charges of 45%
   (forty-five percent) of the applicable Basic Ocean
   Freight Rate PLUS 3 (three) overheight charges of 45%
   (forty-five percent) of the applicable Basic Ocean
   Freight Rate will be assessed.
