All rates and charges named in this Tariff applying to
the Destination Ports named below will also apply on
shipments destined to the inland points named in the Inland
Rate Table listed below, when moving via the specified 
Destination Port, SBJ to the applicable inland charge named
in such Inland Rate Table, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable rates and charges.
      
EXCEPTIONS:
  i. The On-Carriage Charges named in the Inland Rate Table
      below do NOT apply on shipments moving on specific 
      rates published to apply to Container Yards, Rail
      Ramps or Shipper's Doors in the Destination Point.
    
 ii. The On-Carriage Charges named in the Inland Rate Table
      below do NOT apply on shipments moving on the Time
      Volume Rates named in this Tariff.
