All rates and charges named in this Tariff applying to
any US Destination Port will also apply on shipments
destined to the inland points named in the Inland Rate
Table listed below, when moving via the specified US
Destination Port, SBJ to the applicable inland charge named
in such Inland Rate Table (SBJ to Note 1, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable rates and
charges.
         
NOTES: 
  1: All charges named in the Inland Rate Table listed
      herein applying on shipments destined to ports and
      points in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic,
      Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland,
      Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway,
      Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United
      Kingdom, will be SBJ to a 10% (ten percent) Fuel
      Surcharge.
EXCEPTIONS:
  i. The On-Carriage Charges named in the Inland Rate Table
      below do NOT apply on shipments moving on specific 
      rates published to apply to Container Yards, Rail
      Ramps or Shipper's Doors in the Destination Point.
    
 ii. The On-Carriage Charges named in the Inland Rate Table
      below do NOT apply on shipments moving on the Time
      Volume Rates moving in the following Items:
