All shipments from any point or port in the United States moving via Carrier haulage by rail service within the United States provided by CSX, Burlington Northern Santa Fe or Union Pacific Railroads, whether on a thru Intermodal or combined transport B/L or on separate ocean/inland B/Ls which contain hazardous, explosive, flammable, dangerous or other cargo required to bear standard caution labels, as defined in Rule 16 of this Tariff, will be SBJ to the "Haz-Cargo Rail Service" Surcharge named herein, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges. Haz-Cargo Rail Service Surcharge: $ 80.00 PC Irrespective of any provision, charge or statement published in this Rule, all Hazardous Cargo, as defined in Rule 16, will remain SBJ to all provisions and requirements named in Rule 16 governing the transportation of Hazardous Cargo.
