RULE: 10.88 - ALAMEDA CORRIDOR SURCHARGE Eff: 25APR2002

Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff,
transported via the Underlying VOCCs named below, which
are moved thru the ports of Long Beach or Los Angeles, CA
when transported by rail through or from points in the
Southern California counties of: Kern, San Bernadino, San
Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange,
Riverside, San Diego or Imperial, are SBJ to the Alameda
Corridor Surcharge named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
          
a. Cargo transported via the Underlying VOCCs named below
     (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.) are SBJ to an Alameda Corridor
     Surcharge of: $15.00 PC20; $30.00 PC40X.

          Evergreen
          Hanjin Shipping
          Hapag-Lloyd
          Hyundai
          "K" Line
          Maersk Sealand
          MOL
          NYK
          Orient Overseas Container Line

          Yang Ming Marine (Note 1)
           
       NOTE 1: Shipments moving in containers other than
                 20 ft or 40 ft will be SBJ to an Alameda
                 Corridor Surcharge of $0.75 per linear
                 foot.
