shipments moving on the rates published in this Tariff TO
Ports & Points in the United States FROM Ports & Points
in Europe Named below are SBJ to the GENERAL RATE INCREASE
(GRI) provided below, which charge shall be in addition to
all other applicable charges.

    VIA : (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.) CMA-CGM and VOCC members of
             the Trans Atlantic Conference Agreement

    FROM and THRU: CONT Origin Ports, SCAN Origin Ports and
            UK Origin Ports

 b. FCL Shipments: (See Exceptions)
      All Rates published to apply on a "PC20" Basis are
        increased $ 240.00
      All Rates published to apply on a "PC40" Basis are
        increased $ 300.00
      All Rates published to apply on a "PC40B" Basis
        (Hi-Cube) are increased $ 300.00
