apply from and to the ports and points named within such
SubRule.  The affected rates named in this Tariff will
be updated individually after the effective of the GRI,
and will bear a notation reading substantially as follows:
"NSbj to GRI named in Rule (here applicable GRI Rule will
be specified),"  any applicable rate not bearing such
notation will be SBJ to the GRI.
