PORT CONGESTION SURCHARGE named below, which charge shall
be in addition to all other applicable charges:
          
a. EFFECTIVE 14 March 2002 {A} -
   Shipments Originating at, Destined to or Transported
   thru DURBAN, SOUTH AFRICA will be SBJ to a PORT
   CONGESTION SURCHARGE of:
                            $  75.00 PC20
                            $ 150.00 PC40X or longer
