are SBJ to the Chassis Usage Charge listed below when the
Carrier or underlying VOCC provides a Chassis to move
containers from/to Container Yards, Rail Ramps or Wharfs.
The Chassis Usage Charges will NOT apply when Shipper
provides Chassis.
     
1. FROM/THRU Ports in the United States
   CHASSIS CHARGE:  $ 40.00 per chassis provided
      
2. TO/THRU Ports in the United States
   CHASSIS CHARGE:  $ 60.00 per chassis provided
