Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates published in this Tariff TO
or Thru Ports in South Africa FROM Ports and
Points in the United States are SBJ to the Rate Restoration
Program/GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) provided below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
   
1. GRI TO/THRU South Africa Ports on shipments moving via
    the following VOCCs: Maersk-Sealand, Mediterranean
    Shipping Co. & Safmarine Container Lines
    
  a. On LCL COMMODITY RATES ONLY -
       NONE CURRENTLY IN EFFECT
    
  b. On FCL COMMODITY RATES ONLY -
      All Rates published to apply on a "PC20" Basis are
        increased $ 50.00
      All Rates published to apply on a "PC40" Basis are
        increased $ 100.00
      All Rates published to apply on a "PC40B" Basis
        (Hi-Cube) are increased $ 100.00
