To the ports named below are SBJ to the INTERIM FUEL
ASSESSMENT (IFA) / EMERGENCY BUNKER SURCHARGE (EBS) named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.

       Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the
