Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff are
SUBJECT to the Terminal Handling Charge named below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable rate.
    
 1. FROM/THRU: USAG And USWC Origin Ports
    TO:THRU: Worldwide Ports named in Rule 1.3
    will be SBJ to a THC of:
        US$ 10.00 W/M, as freighted, SBJ to a minimum of
                 US$10.00 per B/L.
