shipments moving from or to the ports/points named below
are SUBJECT to the Currency Adjustment Factor specified.

      France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and
      Switzerland
            20% (twenty percent) of Basic Freight Charges
    
 2. To Ports and Points in Australia
           6.3% (six and three tenths percent) of Basic
                 Freight Charges
   
 3. From or To Ports and Points in Denmark, Finland, Norway
      and Sweden
             5% (five percent) of Basic Freight Charges
     
 4. From or To Ports and Points in Ireland and the United
      Kingdom
             8% (eight percent) of Basic Freight Charges
    
 5. To Ports and Points in Japan
            28% (twenty-eight percent) of Basic Freight
                 Charges
    
 6. To Ports and Points in New Zealand
           9.4% (nine and four tenths percent) of Basic 
                 Freight Charges
    
 7. To Ports and Points in Singapore
             9% (nine percent) of Basic Freight Charges
     
 8. To Ports and Points in Spain
            12% (twelve percent) of Basic Freight Charges
   
 9. To Ports and Points in Taiwan
             3% (three percent) of Basic Freight Charges
