Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff are
SUBJECT to the Terminal Handling Charge (THC) named below,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
   
  On LCL, Breakbulk or other non-Containerized Cargo the 
    THC Shall be - $10.00 W/M, SBJ to a Minimum Charge of 
                      $25.00 per B/L - See Exceptions

    EXCEPTIONS:
    i. On Shipments to Ports and Points in FIJI ONLY -
         $ 12.50 W/M, as freighted
