Consignees, or their agents, of shipments destined to the
Places named below will be allowed the Free Time specified
herein to pickup, unload and return COL containers to the
designated Carrier's CY Terminal.  If COL Containers are
returned after the expiration of such Free Time the
applicable Equipment Detention/Demurrage Charges specified
herein will be assessed, which charge shall be in addition
to all other applicable charges.
     
a. FREE TIME - On Equipment Delivered To Consignee At 
             Carrier's Destination CY in JORDAN:
     
    Consignees, or their agents, will be accorded the Free
    Time specified below to pickup a loaded container from
    Carrier's Container Yard and to return such container,
    unloaded, clean and empty, to the same Container Yard
    from which is was removed (unless otherwise authorized
    by Carrier).  Free Time commences at 8:00 AM on the
    first working day after vessel discharge at POD and
    expires at 11:59 PM on the last day of Free Time.
     
   Free Time Shall Be:
     
   i. On All Container Equipment - 5 (five) Calendar days
      
b. DETENTION CHARGES - After the expiration of Free Time as
     specified above, the Equipment Detention Charges
     specified below will be assessed.  Equipment Detention
     Charges apply per calendar day or fraction thereof,
     INCLUDING Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays.  No
     Detention Charges will be assessed when Carrier is
     unable to receive or tender containers due to Strikes,
     port congestion or such other reasons beyond the
     control of the Carrier and/or Consignee.
     
  EQUIPMENT TYPE                         DETENTION CHARGES
   i. On shipments in COL Container
        Equipment destined to JORDAN:
      All Container Equipment   . . . . . $20.00 per day
       
c.1. If a container is not removed by the expiration of
    Free Time specified in Paragraph a. Carrier reserves
    the right to remove cargo from container and discharge
    it into public storage.  All storage, transfer or other
    expenses incidental to the removal of the cargo from
    Carrier's container shall be for the account of the
    cargo.
    
 2. Carrier reserves the right to decline to furnish
    equipment for shipments of any cargo in instances where
    Shipper or Consignee of such shipment is holding
    Carrier's container(s) beyond the Free Time specified
    in paragraph a.
     
 3. When Shipper or Consignee holds a container beyond 15
    (fifteen) calendar days, after the expiration of Free
    Time, Carrier reserves the right to retrieve the
    container whether loaded or empty.  If loaded, the
    provisions of paragraph c.1. above shall apply.
